New Appointments to Reece Group Board

9th May 2017

Reece Group is pleased to welcome three new directors to its management board.

Craig Priday, managing director of Pearson Engineering and Graeme Cook, managing director of Responsive Engineering, have joined the board as directors. Simon Gulliford, a sales and marketing consultant, also joins Anne Reece, chair of Reece Foundation, as a non-executive director.

The restructure follows the departure of chief executive Phil Kite, who leaves the company after five years.

Reece Group executive chairman, John Reece, said: “Phil Kite has successfully fulfilled the role of CEO over the last five years, leading the Group through a period of significant transition as it acquired new companies and relocated to the historic Armstrong Works.

“In light of his departure, I have restructured the Reece Group board and will continue to be heavily involved in our engineering businesses going forward.

“We wish Phil all the best for the future as he moves on to pursue new challenges.

“I am pleased to welcome our new directors to the Reece Group board. They bring a wealth of experience in their sectors and together we aim to ensure the Armstrong Works continues as a leading centre of innovative engineering.”
